Assess the technical condition of furniture, office, and household equipment;

Create and manage requests for technical and service maintenance of the office and equipment;

Order office supplies: water, stationery, coffee/tea, etc.;

Coordinate cleaning services and interact with contractors;

Handle sending and receiving of documents and correspondence (including couriers);
-
Book airline/train tickets and hotel accommodations;
-
Arrange service visits (technicians, repair specialists) as needed;
-
Manage access passes and SIM card arrangements;
-
Coordinate contract approval processes and monitor payment schedules.

Handle household and administrative matters related to the General Director and their family;
-
Organize parking rental and manage payments;
-
Research and arrange language courses for family members;
-
Assist in searching for and renting housing;
-
Monitor and manage the Director's vehicle (fuel, repairs, insurance);
-
Schedule medical appointments for the Director's family;
-
Assist with school-related arrangements for children.

Assist in planning and organizing corporate, business, and celebratory events (including team buildings);
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles;
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
-
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;
-
Knowledge of business etiquette and document workflow;
-
Confident PC user (MS Office, Outlook, etc.);

High level of responsibility, discretion, and professionalism;

Valid driver’s license, Category B — required;
-
English language proficiency — minimum level B1–B2 (required);

Korean language — a strong advantage.
