Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full market insights and pricing intelligence stream across the region (IQVIA, Proxima, Viortis, FOM data)
- Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends, competitor moves, and sales performance
- Facilitate pricing workshops and drive cross-functional decisions on price adjustments based on competitive intelligence
- Prepare market and product growth assumptions and challenge market sales forecasts to ensure realistic and data-driven plans
- Prepare market and competitor performance presentations for management reviews and to support Commercial teams
- Partner with Commercial Excellence team to ensure alignment of dashboards and KPIs
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, marketing, or commercial excellence within the pharmaceutical sector
- Proven ability to translate data into strategic business recommendations
- Strong communication and influencing skills; able to challenge and engage senior stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional discussions on MS forecasting, pricing and sales performance
- Excellent knowledge of market data (IQVIA, Proxima, Viortis) and proficiency in analytical tools (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English and Russian, Kazakh will be a plus
- Self-driven, assertive, and confident working under minimal supervision
