We’re looking for a Head of Corporate Finance who will shape how we manage our capital, funding, and liquidity to support the company’s ambitious growth. This is a strategic role for a finance leader who combines analytical depth with business vision.
Key Responsibilities
Asset-Liability Management & Treasury

Develop and implement strategies for effective asset-liability management to ensure financial stability and liquidity.

Oversee cash flow management to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and investments.

Monitor and manage financial risks, including interest rate, currency, and liquidity risks.

Optimize money market strategies to maximize returns within acceptable risk limits.

Maintain and develop relationships with banks and financial institutions.
External Funding

Lead debt financing initiatives, ensuring access to cost-effective funding sources.

Build and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and financial institutions.

Evaluate and implement various funding instruments, including loans, bonds, credit lines, and capital market instruments.

Negotiate terms and agreements to optimize funding costs and financial flexibility.

Monitor financial markets to identify refinancing and fundraising opportunities.
Capital Management

Develop and execute strategies for efficient capital allocation and capital structure optimization.

Ensure compliance with regulatory capital requirements and financial reporting standards.

Provide strategic recommendations on dividend policy and equity issuances.

Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support long-term capital planning.

Collaborate with senior management and the board to align capital strategy with business objectives.
Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.

7–10+ years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, ALM, or capital management, preferably in banks or fintech companies.

Strong knowledge of financial instruments, capital markets, and regulatory requirements.

Experience interacting with regulators, banks, and international financial institutions.

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Financial modeling and strategic analysis expertise.

Fluency in English and Russian.
