Senior DevOps (Healthcare domain)

Project Description:
Web-based SaaS cloud product delivered to CGM customers in the healthcare domain.
The platform operates in a regulated environment and requires high availability, scalability, and secure CI/CD processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure using Kubernetes (AKS) and Terraform to ensure scalability, reliability, and security

• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD to automate build, test, and deployment processes

• Implement and manage continuous deployment with ArgoCD, ensuring controlled and reliable application releases

• Package and manage applications using Helm charts

• Monitor system performance, availability, and health using Grafana, proactively identifying and resolving issues

• Collaborate closely with software development teams to establish and promote best practices in Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize system performance to improve service reliability and operational efficiency

• Contribute to DevOps standards, operational improvements, and platform stability

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field

• Senior-level experience as a DevOps Engineer in cloud-based SaaS environments

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure is the must

• Strong expertise with: Kubernetes, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, Helm, Grafana

• Solid knowledge of automation and scripting (e.g. Bash, Python)

• Experience working with SaaS cloud products

• Experience in healthcare software or regulated environments is a plus

• Strong collaboration, organizational, and communication skills
