Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, attracting, and managing affiliate programs in Asian markets (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and other countries in the region).
- Conducting negotiations and communication with partners in English, Hindi, Urdu, and Bengali.
- Analyzing affiliate campaign performance, preparing reports, and providing optimization recommendations.
- Coordinating work with marketing, product, and technical teams.
- Monitoring the market and competitors, identifying new opportunities to develop the affiliate network.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu, and Bengali.
- At least 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing.
- Knowledge of the specifics and cultural nuances of Asian markets.
- Skills in working with analytical tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills, initiative, and responsibility.
