Responsibilities
  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in the events, exhibitions, conferences, and experiential marketing sectors.
  • Generate leads through networking, industry events, client referrals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals in line with company revenue and profitability targets.
  • Enhance client satisfaction by resolving projects issues and ensuring smooth interactions across internal departments
  • Remain strong CRM Efficiency. Work with internal teams to ensure CRM systems remain effective, accurate and aligned to business needs
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies, pricing models, and go-to-market plans.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
Requirements
  • 6–8 years’ experience in Business Development or Client Management
  • EVENTS Experience
  • Knowledge of events market in GCC
  • Knowledge of experiential solutions
  • Strong pitching skills
  • Experience managing senior client relationships and driving commercial growth
  • Strong analytical, research and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
