Key Responsibilities:

Full-cycle personnel administration in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Preparation, maintenance, and storage of HR documentation (employment contracts, orders, personal files, timesheets, leave records, etc.).

Administration of hiring, transfers, promotions, vacations, sick leaves, and terminations.

Maintenance of HR records and reporting in 1C (1С:ЗУП).

Monitoring compliance with internal policies and labor legislation requirements.

Preparation of HR reports and data upon request from management and government authorities.

Interaction with accounting, payroll, and state bodies when required.

Participation in HR audits and inspections.
Requirements:

Higher education (HR, Law, Economics, or related field).

At least 2–3 years of experience in personnel administration , preferably in manufacturing or industrial companies.

Strong knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Confident user of 1C (HR / Payroll modules).
-
Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work with confidential information.

Good organizational and communication skills.
