Job Description
We are seeking a Systems Administrator and IT Technician to join our team in the heart of Minsk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Administration of operating systems, networks, and servers: Ensuring the availability, performance, and security of our systems.
- Management of databases and storage systems: Maintaining data integrity and accessibility.
- Troubleshooting: Efficiently identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Implementation of backups: Ensuring the protection of critical data.
- Administration of virtual infrastructure: Supporting the company's virtualized environment.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a systems administrator or IT technician.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows and Microsoft environments.
- Experience with networks and communication protocols.
- Familiarity with virtualization tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken). Minimum B2 level.

Preferred qualifications
- Experience in Cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of Navision Business Central.
- General knowledge ERP and CRM software.
