Job description
You will be the key point of contact for troubleshooting IT and technical issues, ensuring the operational continuity of our teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Documentation: Document solutions and procedures within our ticketing system.
- Software Management: Install, configure, and maintain corporate software.
- User Management: Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and access permissions.
- Support: Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network incidents.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Support or Helpdesk.
- Language: English level B2 or higher, with fluent oral conversation skills (essential).
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Windows systems, Microsoft 365, and networking.
- Availability: Availability to work 24/7 when required.
- Work Model: Hybrid.
- Will be valued: Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
