Position Overview

Future Lab is seeking a proactive and well-organized Office Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role includes front-desk responsibilities, administrative support, and coordination with staff, visitors, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front desk and reception duties
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors
  • Serving coffee and tea to guests and staff
  • Ensuring efficient daily office operations
  • Coordinating office cleaning services
  • Managing the company’s general email inbox
  • Handling incoming phone calls
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Receiving and dispatching parcels
  • Collecting, registering, and processing documents
  • Organizing staff and guest transportation

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager or Administrator is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • High level of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Arabic language
  • Experience working in an international environment
  • Experience providing administrative support to management
