Position Overview
Future Lab is seeking a proactive and well-organized Office Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role includes front-desk responsibilities, administrative support, and coordination with staff, visitors, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Front desk and reception duties
- Welcoming and assisting visitors
- Serving coffee and tea to guests and staff
- Ensuring efficient daily office operations
- Coordinating office cleaning services
- Managing the company’s general email inbox
- Handling incoming phone calls
- Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
- Receiving and dispatching parcels
- Collecting, registering, and processing documents
- Organizing staff and guest transportation
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or Administrator is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- High level of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Arabic language
- Experience working in an international environment
- Experience providing administrative support to management
