Position: HR Specialist
Field: Human Recourses
Working hours: 13:00 – 20:00 (5/2)- in the office (offline)
Location: in the city center

We are looking for an initiative and ambitious specialist for the position of People & An Operations Manager who will help build an effective system of team work and HR processes, as well as participate in business development and strategic management

Responsibilities
• At the initial stage, the implementation and organization of the full HR functionality: recruitment, adaptation and development of employees.
• Gradual formation and management of the HR department.
• Monitoring the progress and effectiveness of employees, conducting regular discussions and evaluations.
• Participation in the development of the company's strategy together with the management.
• Improvement of internal processes and organization of effective team work.
• Maintaining a strong corporate culture and developing employees.
• Participate in business development and team scaling.

Career development:
At the initial stage, you will be responsible for HR functionality.
Within 6 months, it is expected to move to a managerial position with full control of the HR department and expansion of the area of responsibility.

Requirements
• English — level C1 and above (confident conversational and business skills)
• Experience in management, leadership or organizing people
• Professional experience is optional — leadership experience in university, student projects, communities, or startup initiatives is also considered.
• Strong communication skills
• Initiative, openness and a desire to grow
• The ability to take responsibility and actively participate in the development of processes


Conditions
Fixed salary: 600/900 USD + high initial bonus
