Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, legal review, and ongoing support of contracts and legal documentation related to digital products and services, including streaming platforms, marketplaces, super apps, and promotional campaigns.

  • Providing legal support for the launch, operation, and scaling of digital products, including identification, assessment, and mitigation of legal risks.

  • Developing, reviewing, and updating internal regulatory documents, including Terms and Conditions, user agreements, policies, and promotional rules.

  • Conducting legal review of marketing and advertising materials and campaigns to ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Liaising with governmental and regulatory authorities on matters related to the regulation of digital services and e-commerce.

  • Monitoring legislative and regulatory developments and contributing to the adaptation of internal policies and processes.

Requirements:

  • Higher legal education.

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Legal Counsel (preferably in telecom, IT, digital, e-commerce, or law firms).

  • Fluency in Russian and Uzbek; proficiency in English is an advantage.

  • Proven experience in contract drafting and legal support of digital products.

  • Strong knowledge of legislation governing digital services, personal data protection, e-commerce, intellectual property, and consumer protection.

  • Experience in interacting with governmental authorities and preparing formal correspondence.

  • Experience in claims handling and litigation; court experience is considered an advantage.

  • Ability to deliver practical legal solutions and adapt quickly to regulatory and business changes.
