Key Responsibilities:
- Handle onboarding processes and maintain employee documentation
- Maintain and update employee records (both physical and digital)
- Support payroll and benefits administration
- Monitor staff attendance and leave balances
- Assist in organizing staff trainings, workshops, and evaluation activities
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal HR policies
- Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
Candidate Profile:

Previous experience in HR/administration

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good understanding of Kazakhstan labor legislation

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Kazakh, Russian, English language proficiency: Upper-Intermediate level or higher
