We are seeking an Order Entry Specialist with advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
Position: Remote, Full-Time. Please note: the working schedule is under EST(American) time
Sunday 10.30 am to 8 pm
Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday - 9am-8pm.
Thursday 8.30 am to 9 pm
Friday 8.30 am to 2 pm
(only Saturday is off)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Process orders received via SMS and email in our CRM system)
- Ensure accurate and timely order entry in the system
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Very Good written English
- Experience in sales, customer support, or call center roles might be benificial but not a must
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Has access to a reliable computer with fast internet
