  • Coordinate the daily administrative and academic activities of the Medical School.

  • Assist in developing and implementing academic programs and curricula.

  • Facilitate communication between the Dean’s office, faculty members, students, and other university departments.

  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of faculty and staff members.

  • Oversee scheduling, examinations, and academic documentation processes.

  • Participate in preparation of accreditation and quality assurance materials.

  • Manage partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and international academic institutions for student training and research collaborations.

  • Monitor performance indicators and prepare analytical reports for university leadership.

  • Organize meetings, events, and conferences related to medical education.

  • Master’s degree or higher (preferably in Medicine, Public Health, Medical Education, or Management).

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in academic administration or management in a medical or higher education institution.

  • Strong understanding of medical education systems and accreditation standards.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in English and Uzbek (Russian is an advantage).

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural academic environment.

  • Knowledge of international medical program structures (e.g., MBBS, MD, or integrated programs).

  • Experience in liaising with ministries, hospitals, or accreditation agencies.

  • Strategic thinking and attention to detail.

  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Full-time position based at the university campus in Tashkent.

  • Occasional travel for meetings or training.
