Nekki is a game development studio, the creator of Shadow Fight Arena, Shadow Fight 3, Shadow Fight 2, 11×11, and Vector. The total number of registered users for our games exceeds 1 billion worldwide. We develop and release games for PC, consoles, and mobile platforms.

We are looking for Technical Support to join the Shadow Fight 3 and Shadow Fight 4 team.

Shadow Fight 3 is a 3D fighting game for mobile with RPG elements and a loyal fanbase around the world. We have a strong technical base that helps us create fun and varied gameplay. You’ll be working with our internal systems and helping to improve them.

Shadow Fight 4: Arena is the first mobile fighting game featuring real-time synchronous PvP alongside PvE, including a social system where players can make friends and duel with them.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming player requests via the HelpShift ticketing system

  • Collecting, analyzing, and forwarding bug reports and project issues to the development team

  • Working with logs and in-game tools

  • Collaborating with QA and development teams

  • Supporting and improving the work environment and maintaining relevant documentation

What we are looking for:

  • At least 1 year of experience in technical support

  • Previous experience in game development

  • Excellent communication skills: strong written Russian and English, ability to communicate with users politely and effectively

  • Gaming experience and a passion for the industry

  • Basic understanding of mobile applications and the development process

  • Ability to organize workload and prioritize tasks

  • Strong interpersonal skills, stress resistance, and attention to detail

What would be a plus:

  • Familiarity with HelpShift

  • Work Schedule: 5 days a week, with Saturday and Sunday as mandatory workdays. Upon joining, you can choose your two fixed days off from Monday to Friday. National holidays do not affect the set schedule
