This role combines hands-on development with team leadership and technical ownership. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and clients, ensuring technical excellence and successful project delivery.

- Lead and mentor development teams, supporting their professional and technical growth
- Set technical direction and promote best engineering practices
- Take part in architecture decisions, code reviews, and technical documentation
- Ensure high-quality project delivery within agreed timelines and client expectations
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Act as a technical role model by writing clean, maintainable code
- Collaborate with PMs and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Continuously improve tools, workflows, and internal processes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Team Lead, or Senior Developer in an outsource or software development environment
- Strong hands-on expertise in React Native, React.js / Next.js, Node.js, PHP (Laravel)
- Experience mentoring developers and leading teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to combine technical depth with business understanding
- Solid problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
