Business Analyst (Cyprus office)

We’re looking for someone with 3–5+ years of BA experience in IT or related industries, solid knowledge of business process modeling, and hands-on practice with tools like Miro, Confluence, and Jira. Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document the company’s current business processes.
• Formalize, optimize, and visualize processes (BPMN, UML, or other notations).
• Develop and maintain methodological materials, templates, and regulations.
• Prepare process documentation (process maps, guidelines, checklists).
• Build and maintain process models and roadmaps for changes.
• Participate in workshops, interviews, and project sessions to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Support the implementation of new processes: ensure compliance with regulations, provide training for participants.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of implemented processes, propose improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (in IT or related industries).
• Deep understanding of business process modeling principles and requirements.
• Experience with BPMN/UML notations and tools (draw.io, Miro, Confluence, Jira).
• Strong skills in writing clear and structured documentation.
• Ability to work with different stakeholders and balance business requirements
• Fluent Russian.
