Construction Manager (with Civil Engineering background)

YASHIL FERMA is a Hungarian–Uzbek joint venture and a fully integrated poultry cluster in the Syrdarya region, Uzbekistan, currently in the construction phase.
For the Tashkent Head Office, we are seeking an
Requirements:

Engineering diploma, preferably in civil engineering,
-
Medium or High level of English, Uzbek, and/or Russian language, written and verbal,
-
Experience in construction project management as a site supervisor,
-
Experience in Uzbek construction processes, laws, and permitting procedures,
-
Good construction material and process knowledge,
-
Ready to work in a multinational environment and in teams (remote teams),
-
Ready to live in Syrdarya.
Responsibilities:
-
Representing the Yashil Ferma as the Client on-site during the construction projects.

Follow Uzbek laws and regulations regarding construction projects, including administration and reporting,
-
Follow the Client requirements written in the Yashilferma Standard Book
-
Following the instructions of the Hungarian Technical Supervisor team (Eurokonzol)

Taking part in daily project works, onsite reviews, meetings with the General contractors, technology suppliers, and other integrated parties,
-
Leading weekly progress meeting with all relevant parties

Performing the material approval task as agreed,
-
Administering all onsite works in Planradar (Client project manager software), including ticket and failure management as well
-
Responsible for the construction budget,
-
Responsible for change management with the support of the Investment Engineering Team,
-
Responsible for the quality of the construction, it should be in line with the construction contract and its annexes.

Responsible for on-site safety, environment, and security.
