Emphasoft develops custom IT solutions and outsources IT specialists to clients in the U.S. and Western Europe.

We are looking for a Sales Director with experience in our field.

Responsibilities:

- Developing a strategy for key sales areas

- Building the sales team

- Managing the sales team, training, and monitoring employees

- Overseeing the preparation of commercial proposals and contracts

- Personal involvement in sales

- Exploring current opportunities for business expansion

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience selling custom software development and IT outsourcing services

- Fluency in spoken English (C1 level or higher)

- Experience building a sales team from scratch

- Experience managing a marketing team
