Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Design, implement, and refine a comprehensive global marketing strategy for our mobile apps.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor our UA and ASO teams, fostering a culture of data-driven experimentation and scaling.

  • Scaling & Growth: Oversee the scaling of UA campaigns across multiple channels and ensure top-tier visibility through cutting-edge ASO techniques.

  • Launch Management: Oversee and control the end-to-end process for new app launches and major updates, ensuring seamless execution and market impact.

  • Funnel Optimization: Analyze the entire marketing funnel to identify bottlenecks and optimize conversion rates from first impression to long-term retention.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in mobile app marketing with understanding of UA, ASO, sales funnels and analytics.
  • UA Focus & Growth: A strong desire to build deep expertise in User Acquisition (UA). We provide training and hands-on mentorship to help you transition your existing skills into high-scale UA.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience managing teams and a track record of driving professional growth within a marketing department.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies.

  • Language Proficiency: English at B2+ level or higher (expert verbal and written communication is essential).

  • Experience in categories such as children’s products or edutainment;
