CDL Driver Recruiter (US Trucking Industry)

We are looking for experienced CDL A Driver Recruiters

• Job Format: hybrid

• Work Schedule: 5/2, 9 to 5 Chicago Time

Responsibilities:

• Contact and hire CDL drivers

• Source drivers through pools, leads, and job boards

• Post job ads and conduct pre-interviews with drivers

• excellent communication and negotiation skills
• attention to detail and responsibility
• an ability to work with Facebook, Craigslist and other platforms

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A working setup, whether be a laptop or PC

Salary is discussed individually during the interview.

Performance-based bonus for achieving KPIs ($100-$150 per hire)
