Responsibility:
• Source and recruit qualified CDL drivers
• Making hot and cold calls
• Conduct driver interviews and background checks
• Build relationships with carrier companies
• Maintain recruitment metrics and reporting
- At least 6 month of experience as a recruiter
- IELTS min 6.5
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Punctuality
