Responsibilities:
- Office maintenance and procurement
- HR paperwork management
- Landlord cooperation
- Support of Company's President
- Service providers cooperation
- Service/supply contracts administration
- Order maintenance in HRIS
- Benefit system administration
- Development of policies & procedures
- Support in organization of corporate events
- Coordinate the certification process on ISO 14001: Environmental Management Systems
- Participate in HR projects: recruitment, onboarding, training administration, HR paperwork
- Other HR&Admin related targets
Requirements:
- Admin experience 3 years+
- HR Documentation Management experience (КДП) 3 years+
- English min upper- intermediate level and above
- Personal Competencies: open-minded, client-oriented, positive, proactive, enjoying multitasking and challenges, passionate about people support
