Job responsibilities:

Assisting in the implementation of procurement strategies and policies for cost optimization and enhancing supply chain efficiency.
Supporting identification, evaluation and selection of Identifying, suppliers based on quality, reliability, cost-effectiveness and adherence to ethical and sustainability standards.
Assisting in negotiation of contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing, payment terms and mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and align procurement activities with organizational goals.
Conducting market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, supplier capabilities and pricing fluctuations.
Managing supplier relationships, including ongoing performance evaluation, issue resolution and fostering long-term partnerships.
Monitoring inventory levels, analyzing demand patterns and implementing inventory management strategies to manage stock levels and avoid shortages or excesses.
Take necessary actions for the implementation of processes within the scope of the strategy, participate in training, and comply with company procedures in line with sustainable and innovative solutions.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Professional / Technical Knowhow:
Purchasing, Supply Chain, Supplier Management
Total Professional Experience : 5 years +

Functional Experience : 3 years +
Language: English / Upper Intermediate
Computer: Experienced in MS Office applications, ERP applications (preferably Oracle)
