Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data to drive regional/category/customer growth
  • Forecast sales and trade budgets for optimal profitability
  • Develop and implement promotion plans and investment proposals
  • Negotiate and build customer relationships
  • Ensure full portfolio presence on shelves
  • Monitor customer strategies, competitor trends, and identify opportunities
  • Set and achieve growth targets, ensuring budget compliance
Skills and Experience:
  • Sales, analytical skills, self-discipline, negotiation skills, ability to ensure task completion
  • Experience working with B2C customers
  • Growth mindset, customer & consumer focus, accountability and responsibility
  • University degree in related field (MBA will be a plus)
  • Proficiency in Kazakh and Russian (essential)
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills
MUST: experience in Key Account Management (at least 3 years) and English (at least B1), experience in FMCG, B2C
