Обязанности:

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Leadership | Стратегическое планирование и руководство

  Develop and execute the engineering and R&D strategy aligned with corporate objectives

  Define and maintain the technology roadmap

  Identify emerging technologies and competitive opportunities

  Collaborate with Production, Design, Sales, and Project Management teams

  Represent the company in industry forums and technical events

• Research & Development| Научно-исследовательская и опытно-конструкторская работа

  Lead development of new interactive and experiential technologies

  Approve feasibility studies and prototype validation

  Ensure documentation of R&D activities and case studies

  Deliver minimum three deployable R&D technologies annually

• Engineering Design & System Integration | Инженерное проектирование и интеграция систем.
  Oversee design of mechatronic and embedded systems

  Approve system architectures, schematics, and documentation

  Supervise modelling, simulation, and control system optimization

  Ensure integration of mechanical, electrical, and software components

  Validate system stability, performance, and compliance

• Project Execution & Site Operations | Реализация проекта и эксплуатация на объекте.

  Approve engineering documentation prior to mobilization

  Coordinate equipment readiness with Inventory, Warehouse, and Procurement

  Oversee commissioning, troubleshooting, and validation

  Ensure proper mobilization and demobilization procedures

• Quality Assurance & Compliance | Обеспечение качества и соблюдение нормативов

  Establish engineering quality standards

  Enforce health and safety protocols

  Ensure regulatory compliance for electrical and mechanical systems

• Team Leadership & Development | Руководство командой и развитие сотрудников

  Lead recruitment and workforce planning

  Conduct monthly technical training sessions

  Implement engineer–technician mentorship programs

  Set KPIs and evaluate team performance

  Foster innovation-driven culture

• Client & Stakeholder Engagement | Взаимодействие с клиентами и заинтересованными сторонами.

  Provide technical consultation to clients

  Support sales presentations and proposals

  Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners

Требования:

• AV integration & media server platforms ( Интеграция аудиовизуальных систем и платформ медиасерверов)

• Control protocols (DMX, Art-Net, sACN) ( Протоколы управления (DMX, Art-Net, sACN)

• CAD & modelling tools ( САПР и инструменты моделирования)

• Software-hardware integration ( Интеграция программного и аппаратного обеспечения)

• Leadership ( Лидерство)

• Strategic planning ( Стратегическое планирование )

• Budget management ( Управление бюджетом)

• Risk assessment ( Оценка рисков)

• Cross-functional communication ( Кросс-функциональная коммуникация)

• Decision-making under pressure ( Принятие решений в условиях давления )

• Qualifications Education | Квалификация и образование

  Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Robotics, or related Engineering discipline

  Experience | Опыт

  Minimum 12 years of relevant technical experience

  Minimum 5 years in leadership capacity

  Experience in experiential technology, AV integration, automation, or live production

  Certifications (Preferred)

  PMP or equivalent

  Certified AV Professional (CTS)

  Safety certification relevant to installation and live events

• Combination of office-based engineering, workshop supervision, and on-site live event environments

• Travel required for installations and events

• Relocation package to Dubai is provided
