Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Fleet Coordinator to join our Fleet Department. The ideal candidate will support fleet operations by tracking maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, and minimizing vehicle downtime.
Key Responsibilities

Track truck and trailer maintenance schedules

Coordinate repairs and service appointments

Assist with onboarding new trucks and drivers into the fleet system

Ensure all equipment remains compliant with DOT regulations

Maintain accurate service history and fleet records

Minimize fleet downtime through proactive coordination
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in fleet management

Experience with DataTruck or similar fleet management systems

Strong communication skills (English required)

Good organizational and time-management skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in MS Office
