Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume recruitment across multiple roles and departments.

  • Actively source and screen candidates using various channels (job boards, databases, referrals, social media, etc.).

  • Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure role fit and basic qualification.

  • Coordinate closely with hiring managers throughout the end-to-end hiring process.

  • Maintain and manage large candidate pipelines, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  • Participate in additional HR projects and operational recruitment initiatives as needed.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Proven experience in mass / high-volume recruitment.

  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and high hiring targets.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Confident user of multiple sourcing channels and recruitment tools.

  • Upper-intermediate English (B2) or higher.

  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Experience with ATS systems is a plus.
