About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing hunter to drive new business development across the Middle East (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain).

This role focuses on building the market from the ground up, acquiring new enterprise clients, and positioning the company as a strategic technology partner in AI and digital solutions.

The role is based in Dubai, UAE. Willingness to relocate is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own new logo acquisition across the GCC region with clear pipeline and revenue targets.

  • Build a pipeline from zero through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, referrals, ecosystem partners, and executive networking.

  • Identify and qualify greenfield opportunities, strategic enterprise accounts, and high-value prospects.

  • Develop and execute account-based selling (ABS/ABM) strategies for priority targets.

  • Lead the full sales cycle end-to-end.

  • Engage and influence C-level executives, VPs, and key decision-makers, positioning the company as a strategic partner rather than a vendor.

  • Create compelling value-driven proposals, ROI cases, and executive business cases tailored to regional market dynamics.

  • Drive complex enterprise deals involving system integrators, hyperscalers, and local partners.

  • Navigate government and enterprise procurement processes, including RFPs, tenders, and framework agreements.

  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to design solutions addressing client needs.

  • Represent the company at industry events, executive forums, and networking sessions to generate new opportunities.

  • Maintain disciplined CRM management, pipeline forecasting, and deal qualification processes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–7+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in IT, SaaS, AI, telecom, fintech, or digital platforms.

  • Proven hunter mindset with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding new business targets.

  • Experience building markets or territories from scratch, preferably in the Middle East.

  • Strong experience in outbound sales, cold outreach, social selling, and executive-level prospecting.

  • Understanding of GCC business culture, buying cycles, and relationship-driven sales environments.

  • Ability to sell complex technology solutions with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong commercial acumen including pricing strategy, deal structuring, and margin management.

  • Solid understanding of modern technology ecosystems: cloud, SaaS, APIs, mobile/web platforms, data, and AI.

  • Experience collaborating with system integrators and regional partners.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.

  • Highly self-driven, resilient, and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments.

  • Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

  • Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
