Front Desk (Night Shift) Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures

  • Respond promptly and accurately to guest requests and inquiries

  • Manage reservation system and assign rooms

  • Handle payments and financial transactions

  • Perform front desk administrative duties

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field

  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

  • Basic computer skills and ability to use hotel management systems

  • Punctual and responsible work attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar position in the hotel industry

  • Proficiency in English and other foreign languages

  • Customer service certifications or awards
