Front Desk (Night Shift) Recruitment
Key Responsibilities

Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures

Respond promptly and accurately to guest requests and inquiries

Manage reservation system and assign rooms

Handle payments and financial transactions

Perform front desk administrative duties
Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Basic computer skills and ability to use hotel management systems

Punctual and responsible work attitude
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a similar position in the hotel industry

Proficiency in English and other foreign languages
