ROLES

Develop and execute effective communication in Social media for De’Longhi group brands

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop clear SMM strategy for each brand
  • Ensure proper application of the strategy in communication and content plans with adaptations for each channel
  • Social media channels – IG, VK, TG, Dzen, YT, TT.
  • Constant activation of the communities in each channel – gaming, contests, engagement mechanics
  • Constant follow up with industry trends and their respective application in each social media
  • Working with questions, responses, reactions in each channel
  • Creating transparent and clear regular reporting
  • Constant analytics of communities performance, timely reaction on slow downs

PROFESSIONAL CAPABILITIES

Analytical skills, ownership, initiative and follow-through, drive for results, customer focus, ability to work effectively in a diverse team, strong communication skills (incl. formal presentation)

REQUIREMENTS TO THE CANDIDATE

  • Professional experience – min 3 years of relevant experience
  • Education – higher
  • Fluent English
  • Practical experience in SMM including live cases and results
