Responsibilities:

Organize and supervise civil construction works at the project site in accordance with design documentation and work schedules.

Monitor the quality of construction works and ensure compliance with building codes and HSE requirements.

Coordinate contractors, construction crews, and technical personnel on site.

Control the use of construction materials, equipment, and resources.

Prepare daily and weekly progress reports on construction activities.

Participate in the inspection and acceptance of completed works and monitor contractor performance.

Maintain effective communication with the client, contractors, and internal departments.

Ensure compliance with project timelines and material delivery schedules.

Promptly report risks, delays, and critical issues to management.
Requirements :
- Higher professional education in civil engineering or construction.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations, civil engineering technologies and methods.
- Planning, coordination, and personnel management skills.
- Responsibility, attentiveness, organizational skills, and initiative.
- Ability to maintain detailed records and work with technical documentation
