we are looking for HR Manager (HRBP) for a global team

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Workforce Planning

    Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and managerial roles, including workforce planning, interviewing, onboarding, and ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet operational demands.

  • Payroll & Compensation Administration

    Oversee payroll processes, attendance tracking, overtime calculations, and ensure accurate and timely salary payments in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

  • Training & Development

    Identify training needs and coordinate development programs focused on service excellence, hygiene standards, leadership development, and compliance within the F&B environment.

  • Performance Management

    Implement and monitor performance systems in branch, support managers in setting KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Employee Relations & Engagement

    Address employee concerns, manage disciplinary processes when necessary, promote employee engagement initiatives, and maintain a positive workplace culture.

  • Compliance & Labor Law Administration

    Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, health & safety regulations, and industry-specific requirements; maintain proper HR documentation and reporting.

  • HR Policies & Reporting

    Follow and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with corporate standards; prepare regular HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration, Labor Economics and Industrial Relationships, Psychology Preferred)

  • Management experience of at least 5 years in this field

  • Knowledge of Human Resources management and Labor Law

  • Knowledge and experience in respect of payrolls, recruitment procedures, training, performance and career planning

  • Foreign Language: English or Turkish

  • Computer: MS Office (Advanced Level)
