International Company is looking for Reporting Manager CA
1. General Overview
The Manager is part of the Finance & Accounting function and reports to the Regional Director. The role operates in line with local legislation, IFRS, and internal corporate policies, and collaborates with accountants, auditors, service providers, banks, and internal stakeholders.
2. Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting:

Prepare management and financial reports in accordance with IFRS.

Ensure accuracy of transactions and period closing.

Analyze P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.

Transform local reports into IFRS and improve reporting processes.
Accounting:
-
Oversee accounting under local standards.
-
Provide methodological guidance and control transactions.
-
Supervise inventory processes and document flow.
Audit & Internal Control:
-
Coordinate external audits.
-
Maintain and improve internal control systems.
-
Ensure compliance with corporate policies.
-
Identify and mitigate financial risks.
Stakeholder Management:
-
Collaborate with service providers and internal teams.
-
Ensure effective information exchange.
Analytics & Planning:
-
Analyze business performance.
-
Plan and forecast cash flow.
-
Prepare analytical reports.
Treasury:
-
Manage liquidity and payment planning.
-
Oversee banking operations and settlements.
Automation & Data:
-
Support and enhance ERP/CRM systems.
-
Ensure data accuracy and proper system setup.
-
Reduce manual processes and improve reporting tools.
3. Rights:

Request necessary data and documents.
-
Initiate process improvements.

Represent the company during audits.
4. Responsibilities:

5. Requirements:

Degree in Finance/Economics.
-
5+ years of relevant experience at Big4 (levele Manager) or FMCG/Pharm
-
Strong IFRS knowledge.
-
Experience with auditors.
-
ERP systems (SAP/1C).
-
English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
