Responsibilities:
- Organize and supervise construction works on site in accordance with project documentation
- Coordinate and monitor contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with construction codes, standards, and HSE requirements
- Review and analyze design, technical, and working documentation
- Monitor project schedule and ensure timely completion of works
- Control the quality of construction works and materials used
- Participate in resolving technical issues and implementing design changes
- Maintain as-built documentation and prepare project reports
- Liaise with client representatives, supervision teams, and other stakeholders
- Participate in inspection, acceptance, and handover of completed works
Requirements:
- Higher education in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of construction codes and standards
- Experience in organizing and supervising construction works on site
- Ability to read and analyze design and technical documentation
- Proficiency in engineering software
- Experience in working with contractors and subcontractors
- Knowledge of construction technologies, materials, and methods
- English language — mandatory (for working with documentation and foreign contractors)
