We are an international company specializing in furniture and ready-made interior solutions.
We are launching a new direction in the U.S. and are looking for someone based in Texas and North Carolina to help find and inspect furniture factories for long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Searching for furniture factories and manufacturers in Texas and North Carolina.
• Establishing initial contact with factories (via email, phone calls, or visits when possible).
• Visiting factories and showrooms (if needed).
• Collecting and documenting information:
  • Photos and short videos of products.
  • Product range and materials.
  • Price estimates and minimum order quantities.
  • Production and delivery timelines.
  • Contact details of responsible persons.
• Maintaining a factory database in Google Sheets / Notion.

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate.
• Interest in manufacturing, furniture, design, or logistics.
• Willingness to communicate and travel to facilities.
• Responsibility and attention to detail.
• Proficient in English.

What to Look for (Factory Requirements)

• Produce upholstered furniture (sofas, beds).
• Produce case furniture (nightstands, dressers).
• Work with:
  • Laminated MDF.
  • MDF with natural veneer.
  • Solid wood.
• Operate on a serial production basis.
• Guarantee production and delivery timelines of 7–15 days.
• Be open to long-term cooperation.
