As the Duty Manager you will oversee all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. Represents property management in resolving any guest or property related situation, enforcing brand standards, managing safety/emergencies, and supporting all departments to ensure seamless luxury experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for complaints, by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure the facility meets high standards for cleanliness, safety, security, and maintenance.
- Support team members during shifts, performing duties as Senior Front Office associate on shift, (including but not limited by check-ins, payments)
- Serve as the fire safety and emergency response leader, ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and local regulations
- Facilitate communication between departments, document shift activities, and report to senior management
Candidate Profile:
- Previous leadership experience in Front Office, experience in a luxury hotel environment is preferred
- Great organizational skills and can multitask; serves as a leader in displaying outstanding hospitality skills
- Fluent in English, Uzbek and Russian
- Able to work flexible shifts, stand/walk long hours, bend/lift
