Key functional:
- Prepare and deliver financial reporting to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timeliness;
- Perform ongoing financial control over accounting records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable standards;
- Review financial data and make necessary adjustments and corrections to maintain integrity of financial statements;
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and improve process reliability;
- Conduct budget vs actual variance analysis, providing clear explanations and actionable insights to management;
- Support decision-making through financial analysis and performance monitoring;
- Collaborate with accounting and operational teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial information;
- Assist in improving financial processes and strengthening overall control environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in finance or financial controlling over 3 years;
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and internal controls;
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking;
- Ability to work with large datasets and financial systems (ERP/Excel);
- Strong communication skills for interaction with stakeholders;
- Experience in international or multi-entity environments is an advantage;
- English is required;
- Willingness to relocate to Vietnam.
