Our team is looking for an organized and energetic secretary/office manager who will help maintain the efficient operation of the office and become an important part of the team.

If you enjoy order, are a multitasker, and find it easy to get along with people, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving phone calls, emails and correspondence
• Greeting guests and clients of the company
• Organizing business trips (air and train tickets)
• Purchasing goods and materials for office needs
• Scanning, copying and registering documents
• Finding and booking venues for meetings and events
• Interacting with suppliers of goods and services
• Assistance in organizing corporate events
• Preparing presentations, documents and reports on behalf of the manager

Requirements:

• 2 years of work experience in a similar position • Higher education • Competent oral and written speech
• Knowledge of business etiquette and business correspondence
• Confident use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Knowledge of Russian and English
• Uzbek language will be an advantage
• Responsibility, organization and attention to detail
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team
