THE COMPANY

Our client a large international medical equipment company is looking for specialists for the role of Technical Service Specialist – BSU (Haematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis)

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Provide service support for Haematology, Coagulation, and Urinalysis analysers, ensuring smooth installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
    • Maintain response time & downtime as per the SLA to assigned customers
    • Execute Preventive maintenance calls as scheduled
    • Accountable for instruments installation and warranty service in the field
    • Collaborate with TCAL Service Director to align process and establish Service structure and follow up daily routine to report TCAL
    • Collaborate with distributors to address customer needs and optimize laboratory workflows.
    • Support tender processes by ensuring compliance with technical specifications for Haematology, Coagulation, and Urinalysis devices.
    • Ensure all in field activities are carried out safely complying with company environmental Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines and procedures

Education:

  • Мinimum: Bachelor’s degree in Electric/Electronic, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
    • Ideal: Advanced degrees or certifications in Clinical Laboratory Science with a focus on Haematology, Coagulation, or Urinalysis.

Main KPIs:

  • Successful completion of installations, FCA/FSCA and maintenance for all three product areas.
    • Contribution to tender wins and revenue growth for Haematology, Coagulation, and Urinalysis.
    • Customer satisfaction rates for Service support provided.

Mobility:

  • Frequent travel within Kazakhstan (Almaty, Astana, and surrounding regions) to provide on-site support and build customer relationships.

Ideal Years of Experience:

  • Minimum: 2 years of experience in medical devices focused on Haematology, Coagulation, or Urinalysis.
    • Ideal: 3-5 years of experience spanning multiple product areas with strong customer interaction.

Reporting Line:

  • Reports to the Country Manager.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Russian/Kazakh is mandatory.
