Host/Hostess warmly welcomes guests, manages reservations, and escorts diners to tables, delivering "The JW Treatment" through intuitive, luxury service. Responsibilities include managing restaurant flow, optimizing seating, and maintaining a professional, welcoming atmosphere

Key Responsibilities include:

• Welcome and greet guests immediately with a genuine smile and maintain high-level, professional interaction throughout their experience.
• Efficiently seat guests using floor charts, balancing tables to manage service flow, and presenting menus.
• Handle incoming calls, accurately manage bookings, and communicate special requests to management and service staff.
• Serve as a hub, coordinating between guests, service staff, and the kitchen.
• Ensure the entryway and menus are clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Assist staff with clearing or setting tables if needed.

Candidate Profile:

• Proficiency in Uzbek/Russian and English languages
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and professionally
• A proactive, "pitch-in" attitude to support the team
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and move through crowded venues
