Now we’re looking for a strong Senior AI Engineer to build production-ready AI systems where:

• The LLM is the core layer of the solution

• Agentic workflows are the primary orchestration pattern

• System quality is managed through evaluation

• Reliability, observability, and cost control are designed as part of the architecture — not added later

!!!This is not a backend engineer with AI features, nor a prompt engineer. This is an engineer who knows how to build AI-native systems end-to-end and take them to production.!!!

🚀Hard Requirements

1.AI / LLM Systems

• Production LLM systems experience

• LLM APIs (OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini or similar)

• Prompt design, structured outputs, tool/function calling

• Model selection & trade-offs

2. Agentic Systems

• Multi-step & agent-based workflows (single / multi-agent)

• Orchestration: planning, execution, retry, fallback, verification

• State, context, memory management

• Know when to use agents (and when not to)

• Trust boundaries, least privilege for tools, indirect prompt injection protection

3. Evaluation & Quality Control

• Evaluation pipelines (offline, prompt/model comparison, metrics)

• Online validation / A/B testing / human review loops

• Connect evaluation to real product quality

4. Context & Hallucination Control

• Chunking, context window optimization, memory patterns, retrieval scope

• Hallucination mitigation: grounding, retrieval, tool-based verification, constraints, self-check

5. Production / LLM Ops

• Retries, timeouts, fallbacks, degraded mode, rate-limit handling

• Observability (latency, token usage, cost, failure rate, quality signals)

• Cost control, monitoring, debugging

• PII handling (filtering before logging, tenant isolation)

• Output validation, content guardrails, data residency awareness

6. Data / Retrieval

• Retrieval pipelines (embeddings, chunking, reranking, quality tuning)

• Vector DB experience

• Structured & unstructured data

7. Engineering Foundation

• Strong backend / system engineering

• APIs, services, integrations, async workflows

• SQL + NoSQL, Git, Docker, CI/CD

• Nice to have: Full-stack, UI/UX for AI products

8. AI Safety & Security

• Prompt injection: direct vs indirect, sanitization, architectural separation

• Tool permissions: least privilege, read/write separation, human-in-the-loop, whitelist

• Data leakage: tenant isolation, PII masking, third-party LLM risks

• Output safety: schema checks, content filtering (architecture > prompts)

9. Communication

• English B2+

• Explain architecture, trade-offs, risks
