Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new project opportunities across residential, commercial, hospitality, and public sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, designers, contractors, and investors.
  • Promote and present the company’s professional and premium product portfolio to key decision‑makers.
  • Support the full project sales cycle from initial contact to contract closing.
  • Ensure products are included in design specifications, project documentation, and tender packages.
  • Provide technical product knowledge and solutions to architects, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Manage and update the project pipeline in CRM (Salesforce), including accurate forecasting.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer intelligence to support strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with distributors’ project teams, providing training and joint customer support.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional activities with marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Promote new product launches and drive technical awareness across the market.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and regular field visits within the assigned region.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of B2B/project sales experience (construction, building materials, sanitaryware preferred).
  • Experience working with architects, designers, and developers.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to undergo regular product trainings.
  • CRM proficiency (preferably Salesforce).
  • Fluency in English and Russian; knowledge of Kazakh is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
