We are looking for an experienced NGP Manager to lead and develop the B2C business across offline and online channels.
Key focus:
- End‑to‑end management of B2C operations and commercialization
- Launch and scaling of offline retail and e‑commerce channels
- Building and structuring teams from scratch
- FMCG supply chain optimization (procurement, distribution, inventory)
- KPI and incentive‑driven performance management
- Strategic negotiations with partners and vendors

- 7+ years of B2C sales/business experience (offline & online)
- Background in HNB, NGP, e‑cigarettes, tobacco, or FMCG
- Strong understanding of retail operations and supply chain
- Experience launching new businesses, categories, or markets
- Strategic mindset with strong execution skills
