AI Product Manager

We are a distributed team - you can work from your home ensuring silence, good internet connection, availability and proper environment .

We are seeking a Middle+ / Senior specialist with 5+ years of experience in Product, Project, or Tech roles. The ideal candidate should be able to independently drive a product from concept to a working solution leveraging AI tools.

Requirements:

-Product / Project Management

• Proven experience launching products or features from ideation to production. Skilled in task decomposition (epics → tasks), backlog and priority management. Strong understanding of user flows, business logic, and product metrics such as conversion, funnels, and retention. Comfortable working without a detailed technical specification.

-AI / Vibe Coding (required)

• Required hands-on experience with ChatGPT/Claude and Cursor/GitHub Copilot. The candidate must be able to independently build an MVP using AI, generate, refine, and debug code, and effectively prompt AI tools. It's important that the candidate delivers a working result, not just generated code.

-Technical Foundation

• Solid foundational knowledge of client-server architecture, REST APIs, and databases (SQL or NoSQL). Practical experience integrating external APIs and webhooks. Hands-on backend experience with any stack, along with basic frontend skills for building forms and simple interfaces.

-Execution / Delivery

• Ability to execute and deliver fast — building an MVP in 3 to 10 days. Proven experience working in uncertain environments with frequently changing requirements. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value rather than pursuing 'perfect architecture'.

-Communication

• English: C1 (required)
• Ability to communicate directly with clients and present solutions

-Personal Qualities

• High level of independence and ownership
• Hands-on approach (not just management, but active execution)
• Ability to quickly get up to speed on new tasks
• Startup / rapid launch experience — a plus

Key Selection Criterion

• The candidate must have real experience building an MVP using AI
