Marketing manager

International FMCG company is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager (Almaty)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a marketing team
• Develop and implement brand and marketing strategy
• Launch and execute 360° campaigns
• Drive HoReCa activations and partnerships
• Organize events (promotions, tastings, presentations)
• Manage POSM development, production, and placement
• Coordinate agencies and contractors
• Analyze campaign effectiveness (ROI, reach, sales)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing or branding
• Experience with offline activations, events, and BTL campaigns
• Experience working with HoReCa channel
• Experience managing a team
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• English – Intermediate (B2) or higher
