Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with iGaming operators, platforms, and partners
• Build and manage relationships with decision-makers across CRM, retention, customer support, product, and commercial teams
• Support outbound efforts with smarter targeting, introductions, and market insights
• Join sales calls and help move opportunities from first conversation to qualified pipeline
• Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and industry meetings
• Develop and manage partnership opportunities with consultants, agencies, affiliates, and ecosystem players
• Help refine ICPs, messaging, and go-to-market strategy based on real market feedback
• Work closely with leadership on pipeline development and strategic commercial priorities
• Keep track of conversations, opportunities, and next steps in a structured way
• Share feedback from the market to help improve positioning, product packaging, and sales materials

Requirements:


We are ideally looking for someone who has previously worked in one of the following areas:
• affiliate management
• operator-side business development
• partnerships
• CRM / retention-related commercial roles
• account management in iGaming
• B2B sales in iGaming

You do not need to come from a traditional SaaS background.
What matters most is that you know the industry well, have strong commercial instincts, and already have some relevant network within iGaming.

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming in a commercial, affiliate, partnerships, CRM, or operator-facing role
• Existing network in the iGaming space is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including operators, supplier relationships, and commercial dynamics
• Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders and building trust quickly
• Able to travel and attend industry conferences/events
• Confident, proactive, and commercially minded
• Strong communication skills in English
• Organized enough to manage follow-ups and pipeline, but senior enough to think strategically
• Bonus if you have experience with CRM, retention, customer support tech, affiliate programs, or B2B SaaS/product sales
