We specialize in developing mission-critical software for the financial industry, including payment systems for central and commercial banks: instant payment platforms, secure depository systems, and transaction processing solutions. For over 15 years, together with our partners, we have been helping central and commercial banks in more than 60 countries process transactions quickly and securely.

Together with our partners, we deliver the company’s projects and products across South America, Eastern Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

You will be responsible for executing the company’s marketing initiatives, ensuring that strategic priorities defined by top management are translated into measurable business results.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end role focused on impact and delivery. You will take ownership of executing key marketing areas with a strong focus on lead generation, account development, and sales enablement.

The primary objective of this role is to directly contribute to business growth by:

  • generating a marketing pipeline and converting it into qualified opportunities
  • strengthening brand positioning and awareness in target markets
  • developing and scaling effective marketing channels, with clear ownership of performance and ROI
  • improving marketing efficiency through automation and AI tools
  • enabling sales with high-quality content, materials, and targeted campaigns

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead generation (events, conferences, targeted outreach)
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for key accounts
  • Content creation (presentations, case studies, messaging)
  • Sales enablement materials
  • Market and client research
  • Coordination of external vendors (design, video, events)
  • Development and implementation of AI tools to increase speed and efficiency
  • Working with Webflow: website optimization and ongoing improvements
  • Creating and managing graphic content, including generating illustrations for publications

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B or B2G marketing
  • Proven experience in Lead roles within B2B companies
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
  • Proven track record of executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Proven experience in developing and using AI tools
  • Experience in fintech, banking, financial infrastructure, or enterprise IT
  • Experience with conference-driven and relationship-based marketing
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results
  • Fluent English and strong communication skills

AI & Tools:

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Replit, etc.)
  • Ability to use AI for:
    • content creation
    • research
    • campaign support
