Senior Flutter Developer

A stealth-mode AI-powered Cloud-Native Health-Tech company is looking for Senior Flutter Developer.

The business domain revolves around providing Better Care for the US patients; meaning, it’s about treating patients well.

Compensation and Benefits:

Paid Time Off

Means of Communication

We use Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and similar collaboration tools for messaging, meetings, and document sharing across the organization. We don’t use Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams and similar software.

Cloud-Native

There’s real ability to make most solutions in a Cloud-Native and Third-Party Integrations manner, rarely spinning something self-hosted (e.g., over GKE). Fully Serverless Approach, based on Cloud Functions and Cloud Run is definitely not welcomed.

Relocation

Relocation assistance to a desired country may be provided after the probationary period, based on business needs and demonstrated performance.

Team Building

The company partially compensates Team Building events, when multiple teammates are located in nearby countries.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain production-grade mobile applications using Flutter & Dart

• Implement pixel-perfect UI based on Figma designs

• Integrate mobile apps with backend services via REST APIs

• Work closely with backend and AI teams to deliver end-to-end features

• Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability

• Apply clean architecture principles and maintain high code quality

• Participate in architectural decisions and technical discussions

• Contribute to improving CI/CD pipelines and development workflows

• Ensure mobile security best practices (secure storage, network protection, etc.)

Required Experience

• Strong experience with Flutter & Dart in production environments

• Experience with Firebase (Auth, Messaging, Analytics or similar)

• Solid understanding of mobile build tools: Gradle, Xcode, CocoaPods

• Experience integrating REST APIs

• Proficiency with Git (GitHub)

• Experience implementing UI from design systems (Figma or similar)

Strongly Preferred

• Experience with GetX (or comparable state management solutions)

• Solid understanding of mobile application security:

• Secure storage

• Certificate pinning

• Experience applying clean architecture

• Experience with SSO authentication flows

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps

Nice to Have

• Personal or open-source Flutter projects

• Experience with audio/recording features in mobile apps

• Experience working on AI-related or data-driven products

• Experience with generated API clients (e.g., OpenAPI/Swagger)
